At AA Wholesale Dallas, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our wholesale business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, quantities, and order information before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue accordingly.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are correct at the time of purchase.
